To check the status of your order, click the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also enter your order number in the ‘Order Tracking’ section on our website for quick access to your
order updates.

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 5-7 days after you receiving that email.

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 5-7 days after being updated.
For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

We always try to bring the best quality product to customers. However, there are many factors that affect negatively to the quality, especially shipping factor, that make our products be defective or damaged. Please Click Here for our Return and Refund Policy.

We have a sizing chart in each product description. Please follow our instruction to find your size. If you mistakenly chose an incorrect size, please contact us within 24 hours after placing order so that we could help you correct it.
*** As we do not offer return or refund for size choosing problem so please check our instruction carefully.
Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking number to find out its status.
Step 2: If you can not find out anything, contact our Customer Service department by sending an email to support@shoejsus.com and provide your shipping address again.
Step 3: If the address you provided in the email matches with your shipping address in our system, we are willing to send you a replacement or refund you 50%. Please be notified that these 2 options are our final solution for your request.
If not, it was probably your careless as filled in a wrong address, thus we could not deliver your packet. In this situation, we need you pay some extra fees for sending you a replacement. This is the only option for you in this situation.
 In case of providing us an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to support@shoejsus.com and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you.
If your order was shipped out, we are really sorry that we are not able to change it for you nor sending you another packet without any fee.

We highly recommend following the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Our designs are intended to withstand multiple proper washings. However, they are not meant to endure
mistreatment. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at support@shoejsus.com.

If you have not received your product, you should follow these steps:

  1. Check the shipping confirmation: Make sure you have received a shipping confirmation email from us.
  2. Check the delivery time: Verify the estimated delivery time. Some international shipments can take longer than expected due to various reasons such as customs clearance or logistical delays.
  3. Track your order: Use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email to check the status of your order.
  4. Contact us: If the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, or if the delivery time has passed and the tracking information has not been updated, contact us support@shoejsus.com
  5. Check with neighbors or building reception: Sometimes the package is delivered to a neighbor or the building reception if you are not available at the time of delivery.
